「NCTU School of Law Workshop on Laws of World Trade and International Investment: The WTO, CPTPP, and Beyond」
- Multilateralism and regionalism have been facing tremendous challenges. Proper response of the laws of world trade and international investment are being debated. The future of the WTO and mega regional trade agreements such as the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (“CPTPP”) is the focus of our time. The NCTU School of Law Workshop on Laws of World Trade and International Investment would like to invite scholars in relevant fields to participate in the discussion and debate on relevant issues. We also wish to invite people who are interested in the subject to participate in the workshop for deeper discussion.
